NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made on the Platform are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptions:
The event or service you registered for is cancelled by Band Baaja Naach or the performing artist.
The event or service is rescheduled or postponed, and you are unable to attend on the new date/time.
If such changes occur, they will be communicated via our official social media handles and the contact details you provide during booking.
To claim a refund in the above situations, you must:

Refund requests received after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
NO CANCELLATION BY USER
Once a payment has been made, users are not permitted to cancel their booking for any reason.
NO TRANSFER OR SWAP OF BOOKINGS
Bookings are non-transferable and may not be swapped or reassigned to another person.
Only the registered individual is permitted entry. Please carry a valid photo ID (digital or printed) at the time of admission for verification.
Session or service changes are not allowed post-booking.
IMPORTANT NOTES
A booking is confirmed only after you receive an official email receipt from us.
Ensure your email ID is entered correctly at checkout.
The receipt will serve as your entry pass.
If your payment is deducted from your account but you don’t receive a confirmation:
It may be due to a bank processing delay.
In such cases, the amount typically gets refunded by your bank within 24–48 hours.
If not, you are advised to contact your bank directly for assistance.
